Nicotine is addictive and habit forming; very toxic by inhalation, in contact with skin and if swallowed; danger of serious damage to health by prolonged exposure if swallowed; irritating to eyes and skin; may cause sensitization by skin contact; may cause harm to the unborn child; vapors may cause drowsiness or dizziness; after contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice; in case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice. This material and its container must be disposed of in a safe way; use appropriate containment to avoid environmental contamination.
E-Liquid Return Policy
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on e-liquid if it does not meet personal flavor expectations. Taste is a very subjective sense that will vary greatly from person to person. In accordance with our strict Quality Control guidelines, returned e-liquid could never be re-used for any purpose, so any open liquid will not be accepted by Vape 66.
Disposable Vape Return Policy
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on disposable vapes unless they are dead on arrival. Disposable vapes are meant to be discarded once the battery or E-liquid inside the vape runs out and as Vape 66 cannot determine how often you are using the device so therefore we will not accept any returns. In accordance with our strict Quality Control guidelines, returned disposable vapes could never be re-used for any purpose, so any open disposable vapes will not be accepted.
Warranty Clause
Rebuilables, RBA, RDA, RTA, and Mech Mods are for experts, not your average or beginner vaper with no OHM METER or knowledge of how to use a meter or when a meter must be used or how electronic devices work. The inexperienced without basic knowledge of electronics cannot safely use these devices. THESE PRODUCTS CARRY NO WARRANTY
Clearomizers, Atomizers, Commercial tanks and pods or coils carry NO warranty due to health and hygienic reasons.
Disposable vapes carry NO warranty due to them being disposable items.
Electronic Mods and Electronic Devices carry a 90 Day warranty. Warranty is nullified if any physical damage is present on the device. Batteries & Mechanical Devices have a limited 7 day warranty. Devices to be returned to head office by the buyer for assessment.
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product color, finish and packaging may vary.
Limitation of Liability
Vape 66 shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the products on this site or the performance of the products, even if Vape 66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Vape 66 product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Vape 66 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Vape 66 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Vape 66 shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Vape 66 without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

BATTERY SAFETY
WARRANTY VOID IF BATTERIES ARE NOT STORED APPROPRIATELY. Batteries need to be stored in silicone sleeves or protective cases. Batteries must never be unattended when charging. Mechanical mods can vent under the wrong conditions. Do not allow battery to drop below 3.5 volts. If any of these conditions are not met warranty void on all accounts. Vape 66 is not held liable to damages due to inappropriate use.

2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way Email and courier tracking.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Vape 66 is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Vape 66 will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration fee.
5. Customer Privacy policy
Vape 66 shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Vape 66 bank account, the
details of which will be provided on request.
7, Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Vape 66 via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring Banks. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Vape 66 separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
9 Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10 Responsibility
Vape 66 takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11 Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Vape 66 chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, in relation to Vape 66.
12 Variation

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Regrettably E-Liquids and disposable Vapes and Tanks cannot be returned, please contact us regarding any issues.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming via email if the Goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Inform us immediately.
If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If the Buyer would like to return any goods for any reason at all, the Buyer may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition.
The Seller will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it's a mistake on our side.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by the Seller via e-mail.
If an item is found defective and it is still within the manufacturer warranty period the item will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided by misuse.
Please note as per the CPA the seller is allowed 2 weeks to check a faulty device and return. Please be patient with us while we check the device.
Prior consent from the Seller must be approved via e-mail before any Goods are shipped back to the Seller. All returns are the responsibility of the Buyer until the returned Goods reach the Seller.
Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package and full packaging. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer
Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product
With all purchases we provide 7 day policy where if the product is at fault we will exchange. Refunds are only issued when we have had a chance to resolve the problem with you. If you require a refund then at your cost all goods must be returned to us by post and you must take reasonable care to ensure that they are returned in good condition.

SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER LEAD TIME
Once payment for order has been approved it leaves our office the next day at 12PM daily. If the order is placed before 11AM it will be shipped with that days batch. Thereafter it is left on overnight courier service which usually means the next day, however sometimes in remote areas it can be up to 10 working days due to the couriers only servicing those areas on certain days.
PRICING & STRUCTURE
Your order will be couriered for a flat shipping rate of R80.00 across South Africa. Outlying areas and non-city centers may incur additional charges as well as additional time which will need to be paid before shipment is made.
Please do not make payment until a confirmation email has been received.
Once payment has been received in the bank account your goods will be dispatched for delivery, even with proof of payment sent to us we will need to wait for payment to clear into our account.
Pre-Order items should not be paid until payment is requested, should you pay before the time your payment will be held until the stock arrives and then dispatched unless otherwise arranged.
Please note if payments are received later than 11:00 daily the goods will only be dispatched the next day.
Please note that due to a number of fraudulent proof of payments no orders will be dispatched until the money has cleared in our account, unless you are a regular customer.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Overnight Delivery. Our standard delivery option is overnight which as stated above can take between 1 and 3 days depending on when payment is received and where you are based, however sometimes in remote areas it can be up to 10 working days due to the couriers only servicing those areas on certain days.
